<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator having portions which are thermally separated and have different heat radiation abilities. <P>SOLUTION: A heating element is place on a radiator 10, and the radiator 10 radiates heat of the heating element. In the radiator 10, multiple heat radiating parts 11, 12, 13, and 14 are laminated, and the heat radiating part 11 is thermally separated from the heat radiating parts 12, 13, and 14 through a heat insulation part 15 to form a first heat radiating part 20 and a second heat radiating part 21, which have different heat radiation abilities.
