<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell having a low internal resistance and a high photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell includes: a transparent conductive layer; a titanium oxide layer formed on the transparent conductive layer and supporting a sensitizing dye; a counter electrode provided opposite to the titanium oxide layer; and an electrolyte layer provided between the titanium oxide layer and the counter electrode. The titanium oxide layer contains particles of anatase titanium oxide and the particles of titanium oxide bond to their adjacent particles of titanium oxide so that the crystal lattice of the bonded particles of titanium oxide is matched at an interface between the particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
