<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article acquisition device which, when an operator takes out an article stored in an article storing space by opening a door of an article-taking-out opening, prevents the article from being taken out fraudulently by the operator, and also includes an article fraudulent taking-out prevention mechanism with simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A shielding plate 22 is constituted of a square plate which is movable from a vertical direction to a substantially horizontal direction and shields an article-dropping opening 7. The lower end of the shielding plate 22 is connected to a connection part 23. Projected slides 22b to slide by insertion into guide parts 24 for guiding a movement direction are arranged on the both right and left sides of the upper end of the shielding plate 22.
