<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cleaning heavy metals or the like in soil capable of eluting heavy metals or the like from soil better than a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes an elution process of eluting heavy metals or the like from soil by cleaning water containing electrolytic water. By cleaning the soil by the cleaning water containing the electrolytic water, organic matter (microorganisms or the like) in the soil is decomposed by effective halogen (effective chloride or the like) or active oxygen (OH radical or the like) in the electrolytic water to bore fine pores, and permeability is increased, whereby the heavy metals or the like are easily eluted to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
