<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device that prevents an object to be conveyed such as a recording material from getting wrinkled when information is recorded on the recording material by a recording device. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying device includes: a transfer means moving a long band-shaped recording material S in its longitudinal direction; a first air roller 53 which is disposed in the middle of a movement path of the recording material S by the transfer means, and supplies air to one side of the recording material S to levitate a part of the recording material S; a vibration member 31 disposed opposite to the other side of at least a part of the recording material S levitated by the first air roller 53; and a traveling wave generation part 30 arranged between the vibration member 31 and the recording material S to generate traveling waves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
