<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent planar body whose resistance can be decreased and whose visibility can be improved, and to provide a transparent touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent planar body 1 includes a transparent conductive film 11 patterned on one surface side of a transparent substrate 12 and a polarizing plate 13 on the other surface side of the transparent substrate 12. The transparent substrate 12 is a phase difference film composed of an addition (co)polymer of a cyclic olefin and having retardation of 100 to 150 nm, wherein, in the addition (co)polymer, the copolymerization ratio of norbornene to ethylene is 80:20 to 90:10, and an MVR (melt volume rate) is 0.8 to 2.0 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/10 minutes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
