LIGHT GUIDE ASSEMBLY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide assembly which can effectively save an optical energy and can promote downsizing of a portable type electronic device.

SOLUTION: The light guide assembly is provided with a light guide plate and a light source. The light guide plate is divided into a display panel section light-guide area and a keyboard section light-guide area which are connected integrally. The display panel section light-guide area has a housing recessed portion for installing the light source. When the light guide assembly is operated, light emitted from the light source passes through the display panel section light-guide area and is guided to the keyboard section light-guide area. A plurality of optical dots for raising brightness and uniformity of light are installed on the rear face of the keyboard section light-guide area.
