<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of maintaining a good focusing state of an image even when an infrared light photographing mode is switched over in the state that a visible light photographing mode is used to select a manual focus mode. <P>SOLUTION: An image device comprises: an imaging element 106; an imaging optical system; an infrared light removing filter 118; a switching section 117 for switching between a visible light photographing mode that places the infrared light removing filter on an optical path and an infrared light photographing mode that displaces the infrared light removing filter from an optical path; an autofocus section for focusing by using a high frequency component of a picture signal; a manual focus section for focusing with adjustment by hand; a storage section 116 for storing a position of a focus lens; and a control section 114 for adjusting a focus position by using an autofocus function when an infrared light photographing mode is switched over from a state that a visible light photographing mode is used to select a manual focus mode and for allowing a position of a focus lens to move to a stored position when the infrared light photographing mode is switched over to the visible light photographing mode again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
