<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for generating a unique alias to be associated with an individual identified in a health management database so that health management data, especially medial and drug related data can be efficiently collected and analyzed. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a first data storage device (302) for storing at least one record, and each record includes a plurality of identification fields for uniquely identifying an individual when connected, and at least one health management field corresponding to health management data to be associated with the individual. The system also has a second data storage device (304) and a processor. The processor selects one record of the first data storage device, next selects subsets of a plurality of identification fields in the selected record, and connects the selected subsets of identification fields.
