PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a uniform pressure on an electric device element.

SOLUTION: A film covered electric device 41 includes: an electric device element; an outer cover film 47 surrounding the electric device element to seal it; and a frame member 30 holding the electric device element. The outer cover film 47 has a safety valve 42 for releasing gas produced inside the outer cover film 47. The frame member 30 has a guide 31 surrounding the safety valve 42 and guiding the gas discharged through the safety valve 42.
