PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module which is equipped with the wavelength lock function. SOLUTION: Laser beam 11 emitted by an LD element 1 is converted into a collimated beam by a collimator lens 2. An etalon filter has a predetermined transmission wavelength. A reflected light 14 from the etalon filter 3 is converged by the collimator lens 2 and guided to a photodetecting element 4.
