<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device capable of giving a player a feeling of novel fun by enhancing a feeling of expectation for a lottery result. <P>SOLUTION: The game device includes an inner rotating portion 111 constituted to be rotatable around a center axis; an outer rotating portion 115 having a plurality of pockets 50 arranged along the outer periphery of the inner rotating portion 111 and constituted to be rotatable around the center axis; and a rotational driving portion 150 for rotationally driving the inner rotating portion 111 and the outer rotating portion 115 respectively.
