PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical accelerated oxidation treatment apparatus for generating an OH radical and ozone capable of surely decomposing a substance difficult to remove by being capable of efficiently directly generating ozone and the OH radical in treatment object water without requiring an external apparatus, and capable of applying treatment in accordance with objectives such as deodorization, decoloration and sterilization by adjusting and controlling the generation ratio of the ozone to the OH radical in accordance with a condition for treating treatment object water; a treatment method of the same; and a liquid purification apparatus using the same.

SOLUTION: In this electrochemical accelerated oxidation treatment apparatus for generating an OH radical and ozone, the ozone and the OH radical are generated in treatment object water by operation of only current carrying, and the generation ratio of them can be optionally adjusted by a current value or voltage.
