<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underframe structure of a rolling stock of a simple structure which is reduced in manufacturing cost and weight and compliant to barrier-free. <P>SOLUTION: In a truck bolster 3, a lower surface 3Ba of both sides 3B located on both sides of a center part 3A is assumed to have the same height as an upper surface 4a of an air spring 4 in a position higher than the lower surface 3Aa of the center part 3A. A central part under surface 3Aa of the truck bolster 3 is connected to both sides lower surface 3Ba at an inclination part 3C. A lower pad plate 5 of both sides 3B of the truck bolster 3 connects to inside surface plate 2a of a side beam 2.
