<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter diagnosis device capable of notifying a user of precise replacement timing of a filter without greatly modifying an existing system. <P>SOLUTION: The filter diagnosis device diagnoses replacement timing of a filter collecting foreign matter in a gas fuel.
