<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for a battery pack that automate a fastening process of a binding band by eliminating manual adjustment by an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing device for the battery pack binds both ends of the binding bands 15 to through holes 22 of an end plate 13 arranged on both sides of an array of a plurality of unit cells 11, and has a positioning member 54 fixed to a chuck device 52 for the binding bands 15 and a positioning part 75 fixed to a nut runner 72 for fastening fastening bolts 36 from an external surface side of the end plate 13. The positioning member 54 is positioned along a shape of one of an upper side and a side face of the end plate 13 to have the ends of the binding bands 15 oppose the through holes 22 on an internal surface of the end plate 13, and positions the fastening bolts 36 at the through holes 22 on an external surface of the end plate 13 by engaging with the positioning part 75. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
