<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch cover assembly reducing the occurrence of misadjust. <P>SOLUTION: The clutch cover assembly 1 includes a clutch cover 2, a pressure plate 6, a driving mechanism 45, an adjusting bolt 53, an adjusting spring 54, a detection unit 59 and a washer 56. The adjusting bolt 53 is disposed so as to transfer the pressing force of a diaphragm spring 4 to the pressure plate 6, and when the bolt is rotated with respect to the pressure plate 6, the volt axially moves with respect to the pressure plate 6. The adjusting spring 54 imparts rotation force to the adjusting bolt 53. The detection unit 59 is supported by the pressure plate 6 so as to be axially movable with respect to the pressure plate 6, and regulates the movement of the adjust bolt 53 toward the cover member.
