<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house structure, a structure of a large-scale building or the like and a lifting method enabling a person in need of care to freely move by himself or herself not in a simple direction but in a wide range. <P>SOLUTION: A guide rail system built polygonally such as in grated shape or circularly in the ceiling so that a large number of instruments for suspending the person in need of care are movable in a wide range, is provided for enabling the person in need of care to freely utilize by himself or herself large-scale medical facilities, care facilities, stores and a mall which require movement in a wide range, not to mention the indoors, a washroom for nonhandicapped persons and a bathroom.
