PURPOSE: A phosphaphenanthrene-carbazole based organic luminescent compound is provided to have excellent thermal resistance and luminous performance, thereby using as main material for an organic light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A phosphaphenanthrene-carbazole based organic luminescent compound is in chemical formula 1. The organic light-emitting device comprises a firs electrode, a second electrode, and an organic material layer between the first and the second electrode. Among the organic material layers, at least one or more layers comprise the phosphaphenanthrene-carbazole based organic luminescent compound. The organic material layer comprises a light-emitting layer, and one or more layers selected from a group consisting of a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer, and mixed functional layer thereof. |
