PURPOSE: A galvanized iron sheet coated with fluorine resin is provided to prevent the sheet from becoming discolored by coating the sheet with fluorine resin having excellent heat and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A galvanized iron sheet coated with fluorine resin is formed using fluorine resin paints with a screen painting method. The fluorine resin paints comprise fluorine resin particles 35-40 weight%, surfactants 40-45 weight%, and pearl 3weight%. The surfactants are composed of alkyl and oxyalkylene. The average diameter of the fluorine resin particles is 10-20 micrometers. |
