PURPOSE: A micro groove cutting apparatus is provided to achieve a uniform brightness by rotating a tool according to a cross-sectional shape of the tool and processing a groove in a mold. CONSTITUTION: A micro groove cutting apparatus(100) comprises a placing table(120), a moving unit, an operating unit(150), a processing unit(160), and a tool angle regulating unit. The operating unit is operated when a mold(G) is placed on the placing table, thereby processing a groove on the top of the mold. Thereafter, the placing table is repetitively transferred forward and backward through a first linear unit(127) to form a groove on other position. The moving unit is transferred to left along a column(112) by a second linear unit, thereby forming a groove on the top of the mold. A controlling unit controls a harmony driver of the tool angle regulating unit in order to process the groove to other directions. Accordingly, a light is irregularly reflected while a diffusion sheet or protection sheet of a BLU(Back Light Unit) molds, and therefore a full screen achieves a uniform brightness. |
