<p>The present patent relates to an electroelectronic device for intelligent monitoring of linear displacement valves (1), which is characterized in that it is constituted by a sensor (2), a body (3) of the solenoid valve with an electrical connection (4), it being noteworthy that the sensor (2) operates on the basis of detection of the position of the activator, which is connected to the shaft (5) of the actuator, repeating, in turn, the up-and-down movement of the diaphragm when pressurized. The activator shaft (5), when the valve opens, penetrates the core of a solenoid coil (6), changing the electromagnetic field formed within. The sensor (2) is provided with valve-position signalling, mechanical position signalling being noteworthy, with a yellow indicator (7), there being, internally, a spring (9) that bears on the mechanical signalling device (8) and on the shaft (5), transmitting the up movement of the shaft to the signalling device (8). There are seven LEDs (10), which, by means of the colour of the light emitted, indicate the open or closed position of the valve. Three magnetic buttons (11), with two magnetic, north (12) and south (13), poles, are provided, for promoting actuation of the magnetic buttons and of a signalling display (14).</p> |
