PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to increase the reliability by decreasing the fault rate by avoiding the use of an optically clear adhesive with low workability. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) includes a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side A transparent electrode(40) is formed on the first surface. An antireflection film(30) is formed on the transparent electrode. The antireflection film includes a first layer of a first refractive index on the first surface and a second layer of a second refractive index with a smaller value than the first refractive index on the first layer. A wiring(50) is connected to the transparent electrode. An anti scattering film covers the transparent electrode and the wiring. An external dummy layer(20) is formed on the first and/or the second surface.
