A service reservation system and method using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and a portable terminal service system registering a user of the reservation system are provided to allow a user to freely use a service only by carrying a portable terminal and remarkably reduce the number of data correcting operations and the number of operations of writing to an RFID tag. A service reservation system using RFID includes a receiver(310) for receiving a serial number of a portable terminal at the request of a user and a reservation information registering unit(320) for registering reservation information by using the serial number. The portable terminal includes an RFID tag attached thereto. The RFID tag includes a tag identifier related to the serial number.
