PURPOSE: An after-treatment system for exhaust gas is provided to improve the performance of selective catalytic reduction by allowing catalyst components to convert nitrogen oxide into nitrogen dioxide. CONSTITUTION: An after-treatment system for exhaust gas comprises an oxidation catalyst(120), a diesel particulate filter(130), a dodging module(140), and a selective catalytic reduction(150). The oxidation catalyst oxides toxic materials contained in exhaust gas. The diesel particulate filter is installed in the rear end of the oxidation catalyst and collects particulate matters contained in the exhaust gas. The dodging module is installed in the diesel particulate filter and jets a reducing agent. The selective catalytic reduction is installed in the rear end of the dodging module and removes nitrogen oxide using the jet reducing agent.
