<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify processes for forming an external connecting terminal in a circuit element formed with a circuit section on the surface or inside of a plate-like substrate and formed by projecting the external connecting terminal connected to the circuit section to one surface side of the plate-like substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a region of a SUS plate 10 where no circuit section 20 is formed is plastically deformed to project to the one surface side thereof, and a conductive material 40 conducting to the circuit section 20 is applied and superposed to the region to form the external connecting terminal 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
