<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless tag reader which allows a reading range to be easily recognized at the time of using a reader/writer, and its program. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless tag reader of an embodiment comprises reading means, display means, and control means. The reading means radiates a radio wave for communicating with a wireless tag, and reads information from a wireless tag responding to the radio wave. In a reading range where information can be read from the wireless tag responding to the radio wave by the reading means, the display means displays a reading range indication for distinguishing a reading range from ranges other than the reading range.
