<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an article according to the level of possibility that the article is written by an author who actually visited the position. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of an information processing device 2 receives data of the pair of the terminal ID and time/position data from a communication terminal to store the data of the pair in a movement history DB 223. For example, when referring to the movement history DB 223 at every certain period of time to select the terminal ID of any communication terminal, the control unit 21 refers to an identification information correspondence table 221 to specify a URL corresponding to the selected terminal ID and acquires a blog from a storage area indicated by the URL.
