<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device and an image forming device that are capable of suppressing a radio-wave leakage from or to a drive substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An optical scanning device 20 includes: a semiconductor laser 74, a polygon mirror 75 for scanning light on a photoreceptor 14, the light incident from the semiconductor laser 74; a multilayer light source drive substrate 110 that is disposed on the outside of a housing body 72 and that drives the semiconductor laser 74 to emit light; a shield box 120 that shields a radio wave by covering a mounting surface S1 side of the light source drive substrate 110; and a second layer L2 that constitutes at least one layer of the light source drive substrate 110, is formed so as to cover a mounting area of a driver integrated circuit (IC) 112, and blocks the radio wave. A radio wave W generated by driving the driver IC 112 is blocked by the shield box 120 and the second layer L2, and therefore a radio-wave leakage from or to the light source drive substrate 110 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
