<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for treating individuals at risk of or suffering from breast cancer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for inducing an immunologic response to a cell expressing the breast cancer related antigen in humans includes: a step of administering to the individual a first vector containing a first gene encoding a breast cancer related antigen or a part of antigen thereof and thereafter, a step of administering at least a second vector containing a gene regularly encoding the breast cancer related antigen or the part of the antigen. Further, the method includes a step of administering at least one costimulatory molecule or granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), especially including a step of administering to the individuals a recombinant poxvirus which contains in a foreign nucleic acid encoding at least one breast cancer antigen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
