<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device that contains a high-frequency oscillation circuit and a voltage regulator without using an external bypass capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device in which an oscillator is connected between a first node and a second node to perform oscillation operation includes: a voltage regulator to which the first power supply potential and the second power supply potential are supplied to generate the regulated power supply potential; a complementary type amplifier circuit that hasa first amplifier for amplifying voltage change on the first node to the regulated power supply potential and a second amplifier for amplifying voltage change on the first node to the second power supply potential, and inverts and amplifies signals applied to the first node and outputs from the second node; a capacitor connected between the first node and the regulated power supply potential; a capacitor connected between the first node and the second power supply potential; a capacitor connected between the second node and the regulated power supply potential; and a capacitor connected between the second node and the second power supply potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
