<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for correcting a position and a posture that can operate at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism includes: a link mechanism configured of the combination of a plurality of linear motors 101A-F without a reducer; linear encoders 120 A-F for measuring each position of the plurality of linear motors 101A-F; current sensors 110 A-F for measuring a current value flowing in each of the plurality of linear motors 101A-F; and a controller 130 to which the position measured by the linear encoders 120 A-F and the current value measured by the current sensors 110 A-F are inputted. The controller 130 includes a link mechanism drive command unit 140 for controlling the position of the link mechanism and drive power based on a power and each input position of the plurality of linear encoders 120 A-F. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
