<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a damper wall easy-to-bend, while suppressing failure involved in thinning of the damper wall. <P>SOLUTION: A sub-manifold channel 13a that is a channel common to a plurality of ejection ports 14a, and a plurality of individual channels 14 leading to the ejection ports 14a via a pressure chamber 16 from an exit 13a3x of the sub-manifold channel 13a are formed in a channel unit 12. In the channel unit 12, a damper chamber 12h1 and the damper wall 12h2 are formed at a part opposed to the sub-manifold channel 13a in a direction orthogonal to an ejection surface 10a. The damper wall 12h2 is bent in accordance with pressure fluctuation in the sub-manifold channel 13a.
