PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having an excellent controlling effect to plant diseases.

SOLUTION: The plant disease control composition contains a carboxamide compound represented by formula (I) [wherein R1represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2represents a methyl group, a difluoromethyl group or trifluoromethyl group]. The plant disease control composition whose enantiomer ratio R form/S form of the carboxamide compound is 80/20 or more has an excellent controlling effect to the plant diseases.
