<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of liquid fertilizer that cannot be used as liquid fertilizer since the amount of each nutrient is inadequate, and the transportation cost to the place to be used is extremely high because the conventional liquid fertilizer is produced by a liquid fertilizer production system with biogas production in which an organic waste 1 is removed as foreign matter by a pulverizing apparatus for removing foreign matter 2, then transported to a fermentation tank 3 to take out biogas 4, and the liquid residue is separated by solid liquid separator 5. <P>SOLUTION: A stock solution 6 is obtained from the residue by the solid liquid separator 5 after the biogas 4 is taken out. The stock solution 6 is carried to a transpiration apparatus 7 to regulate the moisture, and is supplied to ion exchange resin 8 to fractionate into a potassium abundant fraction 9 (solution A) and a nitrogen abundant-phosphorus fraction 10 (solution B). Then, the solution A and B are supplied to water evaporators 11 and 12 respectively, and are concentrated to give condensed liquid fertilizers 13 (potassium base) and 14 (nitrogen-phosphor base).
