<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine the service limit of a light shielding plate. <P>SOLUTION: A method for detecting breakage of light shielding plate to detect the breakage of the light shielding plate which shields a laser light makes a space between two light shielding plates 1, 3 opposedly arranged facing mutually at intervals to be a sealed space 7, and detects the pressure in this sealed space 7 with a pressure sensor 17. The breakage of the light shielding plates 1, 3 is detected by the change of this detected pressure, and the service limit of a shielding window glass 9 consisting of the light shielding plates 1, 3 in a welding cabin is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
