<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table smoothly storable without causing vibration and noise by moderating the lowering speed of a top plate particularly when storing the top plate in regard to a storage device for the table storable in a storage part, and the table storage device capable of lifting the top plate with light force also when lifting the top plate besides moderating the lowering speed of the top plate. <P>SOLUTION: The table storage device for storing the table rising in a substantially vertical direction from a substantially horizontal service state and stored in the storage part opened at the upper face, includes a lifting mechanism provided at the table. The lifting mechanism includes a cross member for connecting vertical members guided and lifted along vertical slide rails formed facing on both right and left sides in the storage part, and a pinion provided at the cross member.
