<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a flat profile corrugated tube having a large length to width ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a supply unit 30 for extruding a molten resin material 8 in a sheet shape; pairs of dies 40 for molding the profile corrugated tube, which have die surfaces having portions corresponding to one side sections along the cross-sectional longitudinal direction of the profile corrugated tube 10; a drive mechanism unit 50 which is capable of changing the attitudes of the pairs of the dies 40 between a receiving attitude capable of receiving sheet-shaped shaped bodies that are supplied from the supply unit 30 when the die surfaces are opened and a molding attitude in which the die surfaces are closed, and which changes the attitudes of the pairs of the dies 40 into the molding attitude after the sheet-shaped shaped bodies that are supplied from the supply unit 30 are received in the receiving attitude; and a contact molding unit for bringing the sheet-shaped shaped bodies that are supplied from the supply unit 30 into contact with the die surfaces of the pairs of the dies 40 in the receiving attitude. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
