<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin separating device capable of continuously and efficiently separating film-shaped thermoplastic resin comprising polyester or polyolefin from a metal plate and a method of separating the thermoplastic resin using the thermoplastic resin separating device. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin separating device 1a includes: an unwinding roller 2 and take-up rollers 3a-3c driven by a motor and rotated in the same direction; a degreasing tank 4 to which a cleaning agent such as methyl alcohol is added; water washing tanks 5a, 5b; a separation tank 6 to which at least either one of peroxide, hydrogen peroxide and ozone is added; dryers 7; and guide rollers 8a-8i and draining rollers 9a, 9b each rotatably installed inside or above each tank. The resin laminated metal plate 10 is installed between the unwinding roller 2 and the take-up rollers 3a, 3c and is wound around the guide rollers 8a-8i. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
