In at least one embodiment of the optoelectronic lighting module (1), said lighting module comprises a printed circuit board (3) through which an opening (2) extends. The printed circuit board has fixing devices (6) for mechanically fixing the lighting module (1) to an external cooling body. A substrate (4) of the lighting module (1) is arranged in the opening (2). At least one optoelectronic semiconductor chip (5) is located on a substrate upper face (40) and is electrically connected to the printed circuit board (3) by means of the substrate (4). The printed circuit board (3) is further connected to the substrate (4) in a mechanically fixed manner. Furthermore, the printed circuit board (3) is designed to exert a mechanical force onto the substrate (4) and to press the substrate (4) against the external cooling body. The substrate (4) is designed to rest on the external cooling body in a planar manner with a substrate lower face (45).
