Provided is a tightening management system (1) for fastening components, which manages the tightening status of fastening components such as screws that are used to tighten aircraft components in an aircraft assembly process, and which comprises: a manual torque wrench (2) that tightens a fastening component to a set torque while applying a tightening torque and also detects and sends information about the tightening torque applied to the fastening component; a marking pen (3) that marks fastening components for which tightening work by the manual torque wrench (2) has been completed, detects the writing pressure at marking and sends marking completion information; an information processing device (5) that judges the tightening status of fastening components based on the tightening torque information and the marking completion information; and a mobile information terminal (4) that notifies an operator of judgment results from the information processing device (5).
