A combination cooker bottom of an aluminum alloy cooker comprises a base (1) of an aluminum alloy pot body and a composite double-layer metal sheet (2). The composite double-layer metal sheet (2) is braze-welded to the base (1) of the aluminum alloy pot body. The composite double-layer metal sheet (2) comprises an upper aluminum metal interlayer (21) and a lower rustless iron metal bottom covering sheet (22). The base (1) of the aluminum alloy pot body has a tension structure or a die casting structure.
