<p>A toner binder resin contains a vinyl resin (A), an amorphous polyester resin (SN), and a crystalline saturated polyester resin (SC). The content of the vinyl resin (A) is 65 mass % to 95 mass % with respect to the total value of 100 mass % of the content of the vinyl resin (A), the amorphous polyester resin (SN) and the crystalline saturated polyester resin (SC). The vinyl resin (A) is composed of a carboxyl group-containing vinyl resin (C), a glycidyl group-containing vinyl resin (E), and reactants thereof. The concentration of the ester group of the crystalline saturated polyester resin (SC) is between 10.0 mmol/g and 13.5 mmol/g. The amorphous polyester resin (SN) disperses like islands in the vinyl resin (A), and the crystalline saturated polyester resin (SC) is contained within the island phases of the amorphous polyester resin (SN). At least one type of metal component (M) (excluding metal oxides) selected from a group comprising Zn, Ca, Mg, Al or Ba is contained in at least the crystalline saturated polyester resin (SC).</p> |
