<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight fiber-reinforced composite for a wind turbine component, allowing high air resistance or low air resistance to be added to a surface, and/or allowing an emboss pattern for reducing wind noise to be easily formed, furthermore, permitting the emboss pattern to be produced at low cost, and further, having excellent surface design. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced composite is formed by stacking a prepreg 20 onto an embossed surface of an embossed mold release paper 10 and performing auto-clave molding to transfer and form an emboss pattern of the emboss on the surface. The embossed mold release paper 10 is formed by laminating a first mold release layer 17A, a first resin layer 15A, a first wood filling layer 13A, a support member 11, a second wood filling layer 13B, and a second resin layer 15B.
