PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and durability, and a solar battery and an optical sensor array using the same.

SOLUTION: An organic photoelectric conversion element comprises: a cathode; an anode; and a photoelectric conversion layer that is formed by mixing a p-type conjugate polymer semiconductor material having an electron-donative property and an n-type semiconductor material having an electron-acceptive property. The photoelectric conversion layer has a compound containing a phthalocyanine structure represented by a general formula.
