<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve air-conditioning mechanisms with arms alone and to achieve an air-conditioning function that shows superior efficiency and appearance with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The arm part air-conditioning mechanisms 6 include: air outlets 61 that open in a part of the arm bodies 4x; air inlets 62 that open in another part of the arm bodies 4x; internal flow passages 63 that are each formed between the air outlet 61 and the air inlet 62; and blowers 64 that are provided in the internal flow passages 63, receive power supply to suck in air from the air inlets 62 and blow off from the air outlets 61.
