<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biphenyl compound derived from Nastitermes takasogoensis, and a preparation method of the compound, and a pharmaceutical product containing the compound as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided are the biphenyl compound expressed by formula (1), and a pharmacologically acceptable salt. A pharmaceutical composition containing the new biphenyl compound or the pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient can be used as a single medicine or in combination with other anticancer agents or hormone therapeutic agent for prevention and treatment of cancers of mammals such as a human. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
