PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous organic-inorganic composite composition forming an organic-inorganic composite exhibiting weather resistance, anti-staining properties and transparency at high levels. SOLUTION: The aqueous organic-inorganic composite composition is characterized by comprising colloidal silica (A) having 7-20 mmol/g content of alkoxy groups and/or hydroxy groups bound to a silicon atom and polymer emulsion particles (B) having 1-20 mmol/g content of the alkoxy groups and/or the hydroxy groups bound to the silicon atom.
