<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generation device in which an X-ray tube and a high-voltage generation device are installed and which is filled with insulation oil, and which is characterized in using no lead, being compact, suppressing manufacturing costs, and having high cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray generation device 1 has an X-ray tube 2 generating X rays, and a high-voltage generation device 3 in a housing 8, and is filled with insulation oil 4. The X-ray tube 2 is installed in an X-ray tube holder 10, the material of which contains at least bismuth oxide and resin. The X-ray tube holder 10 has an opening at a part corresponding to an X-ray irradiation window 7 that the X-ray tube 2 irradiates with X rays, and also has a plurality of slits 11 for circulating the insulation oil 4 between the inside and outside of the X-ray tube holder 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
