<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method by weld-bonding which is a simple assembling technique with reduced cost and can satisfy design requirements. <P>SOLUTION: The assembling method by weld-bonding includes a temporary assembling step, a welding step and a heating step. The temporary assembling step includes steps of setting members 21, 22 and 23 to be weld-bonded on an assembling tool 30, temporarily fixing with a thermally peelable adhesive 36 which can be peeled off by poor adhesion caused by heat treatment, and forming a temporary assembling 31. The welding step includes steps of setting the temporary assembling on a welding tool 40 and weld-bonding the members with one another to form a bonded material 41.
